In this timely conversation, “ICE and the Rule of Law,” we examine the expanding authority of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the serious questions it raises about accountability, civil liberties, and constitutional protections. Joining the discussion: • Mike Downing, former Deputy Chief of the Los Angeles Police Department, who brings decades of law enforcement experience and insight into the responsible use of public authority. • Keith Ellison, Minnesota Attorney General, who addresses the legal and civil-rights implications of unchecked enforcement power.
